The Physics of Medicine: Ultrasound
This material requires the Shockwave Plug-in. I'm hoping to get the opportunity to develop a large group of simulations that will accompany a course titled "Body and Mind: The Physics of Medicine*" which helps first and second year pre-med students understand the fundamental concepts of medical physics. The current modules represent a very early stage of this project. Hopefully this will expand to include MRI, CAT, and the physics involved in many other medical techniques. Visit this site on occasion to see what has been added. Comments are more than welcome.
